CONTROLS

CORTROLS Temperature
A temperature controller modulates the burner to match the heat demand of the users. The temperature controller switched the burner off and on when the heat demand is below the turndown of the burner. The standard burner provide a turndown in the range of 4 to 1. Higher turndowns are available depending on the unit size, fuel and fuel pressure available.
A second temperature controller monitors the fluid temperature and shuts the burner down if the fluid temperature gets to high. A third temperature controller can monitor the stack temperature and shut the unit down if the stack temperature gets to high.
